- You will picked up from your hotel around 5:30 AM and drive approximately 3 hours, 220 km to St. Catherine to visit the Greek Orthodox St. Catherine’s Monastery.
ST. Catherine monastery
- St Catherine’s monastery trip from sharm el sheikh ,We will arrive to St. Catherine Monastery at 9:30 am. And our guide will give you all information about monastery and Mount Sinai.
- St. Catherine Monastery opens at 8:45 am – 11:45 am, except Fridays and Sundays and during Coptic religious holidays).
- It is an Orthodox Greek Monastery, within its amazing walls rests a citadel like no other, incredibly rich in important religious and historical structures.one of its treasures is the St. Catherine’s Museum where there are icons attributed to the painter Angelo’s, one of the most famous artists of the 15th century, or to his peers. In addition to all six icons by Michael Damaskenos which are considered among the most important works of the Cretan School of the 16th century.
Dahab city & lunch
- After that, head to Dahab, for a city tour and shopping tours. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
Back to sharm el sheikh
- You will be transferred back to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh at 16:00.
